Bottle Necks in GIS Development, Theories of GIS and the Practice of Million Image GIS

  • 摘要: 阐述了GIS发展中的 3个瓶颈问题:输入、更新、全面的空间概念,并分析了产生这些瓶颈的理论背景,提出了GIS对象结构、系统空间数学基础及结构,矢量、栅格结合的 3个重要理论问题,最后介绍了万象GIS的实践。

     

    Abstract: Three key problems have been discussed in this article.They are to input, renew and complete space concept.And some theories of these problems have been analyzed, that is, GIS object structure, system space mathematical base and its structure, intergration of raster and vector structures. In addition, the practice of million image GIS has been introduced.①The following priciples have heen pointed out;②The system space is also an impotant part of the GIS objects;③Using map projects(2D) as the GIS space mathmatics base is in appropriate;④The GIS space structure is the base of the intergration of raster and rector structures.The practice of Million Image GIS is based on these priciples.
