Synthesis of Beneficial Ore-forming Information Based on GIS

  • 摘要: 以"数字地球"的思想为指导,从信息数字化的角度出发,阐述了GIS提取地质信息的原理、地质信息综合的方法,介绍了线型异常的找矿有利度和各面型异常的找矿有利度分析方法,提出了圈定地质异常的模型和各种有利成矿信息的综合圈定成矿靶区的方法,并以云南维西地区为例,利用上述原理圈定了成矿靶区。

     

    Abstract: GIS is an effective tool to process and analyze spatial geological information.Since 1980s,with the mature of the GIS technology,GIS is widely used in many areas.Although a lot of works has been done for the mineral resources quantitative appraisal with GIS,few studies were conducted through extracting,screening and synthesizing geological variables using GIS for the mineral resources quantitative appraisal.In this paper,some data involving geology and geo-chemistry have been collected to establish the database.With the help of GIS technology these data are integrated to circling ore-forming places.When suitable grid cells are ascertained in the research area,GIS spatial overlaying functionsare used to extract geo-information,then some geological variables are synthesized to burrow implicit geological information such as composite entrop,beneficial degree of fault and center symmetry degree of fault.The analysis method of ore-finding beneficial degree in linear anomaly and plane anomaly is introduced to filtrate the geological variables relative to mineral resources.Geo-anomaly model based on GIS is expounded,and the method of circling ore-forming places is brought forward.The geological variables in Weixi area in the Yunnan province are taken out,and the geo-anomaly and the ore-forming beneficial places are circled in the same area.Geo-information is extracted using GIS spatial functions.Definition and dependability of geo variables are improved,compared with those obtained with former man-made methods.Therefore,the prediction and exploration cycle is reduced.In order to burrow concealed geo-information,3 special geo-models are introduced to integrated basic geo-variables,important and meaningful.The geo-information is quantified in the extraction of geo-variables and the delineation of geo-anomaly.In particular,the geo-anomaly quantification is more advanced than the geo-anomaly qualitative description.Ore-forming places,Which Geo-variables are integrated to circle,is in correspondence with the mineral resources in research area.
