摘要: 研究和分析了信息技术等现代高新技术对CBD发展的影响,提出了基于GIS的D-CBD概念,探讨了D-CBD的内涵与优势,并对D-CBD的空间对象及其业务操作、逻辑架构、建设内容以及应用前景进行了研究。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the impacts on CBD development of new and high technology. On the basis of explaining the theory of digital engineering,this paper puts forward the D-CBD concept, analyzes the spatial object and its business operation of D-CBD. The logical structure of D-CBD is built.
