Abstract: This paper describes the design and make-up of WTUSM homepage in WWW information system. This system applies the method from top to bottom and designs the WWW information database with the multi-tree structure of homepage's root. It makes WWW homepage and other pages with HyperText Markup language and GIF method. Finally, some languages which contain CGI, JavaScript and Java are introduced.
