Study on Thickness Measurement with Laser and Image Sensor

  • 摘要: 阐述了利用激光器、图像传感器进行非接触厚度自动测量的原理。实验表明该方法具有实时性能好,测量重复精度较高等优点。

     

    Abstract: Elabo rated a principle of automatic measurement on noncontact thickness using laser and image sensor. Experimental results show that this method is better in following the track of time and in repeating pricision measurement.
