Judging CCD Imaging Sensor Output Image Signal Quality by Square wave Contrast Transfer Function

  • 摘要: 提出了用方波对比传递函数CTF评价CCD像传感器像质的方法,给出了计算CCD像传感器方波对比传递函数CTF的公式,并着重分析讨论了CCD像传感器的离散性对像质的影响。实验表明,理论分析结果与实验数据基本符合,为更精确地进行CCD及其它离散器件的系统设计提供了理论依据。

     

    Abstract: A method for judging charge coupled device(CCD) imaging sensor output image signal quality by square wave contrast transfer function(CTF) is presented.The formulas for calculating the square wave CTF of CCD imaging sensor are given.This paper centers on using square wave CTF to analyze the spatial frequency response of ideal CCD systems.It is verified that the results from experiment are closed to the theory values.The research results will allow more accurate design of systems to discrete devices such as CCD.
