The Modulation Transfor Function of Charge-coupled Devices

  • 摘要: 提出用调制传递函数MTF评价CCD像感器成像质量的方法,给出了计算CCD像感器调制传递函数MTF的公式,并着重分析了CCD像感器的离散性对成像质量的影响。

     

    Abstract: A method for judging charge-coupled device(CCD)imaging sensor by modulation transfor function(MTF)is presented.The formulas for calculating the MTF of CCD imaging sensor are also given.This paper centers on using MTF to analyze the spatial frequency response of ideal CCD systems.The resultant infor-mation will allow more accurate design of systems incorporating discrete devices such as CCDs.
