A CCD Scanned Contour Map Recognition System on Windows

  • 摘要: 对等高线分版地图扫描获取的影像进行识别,可以实现栅格矢量自动转换,进而建立以不规则三角网为基础的数字地面模型。文中论述了在Windows环境下实现上述过程的软件系统的设计,并验证了设计方案的效率。

     

    Abstract: This paper discusses the procedure of CCD scanned contour map image recognition.As a result,contour map is digitized through automatic raster-vector conversion and digital elevation model is set up in the form of triangulated irregular networks.Based on the theory,the new software system on Windows is designed to digitize a contour map within 48 hours or so on PC 486 without any other hardware.
