Integration of GIS and ES for Zoning Management in Wenzhou

摘要: 为解决控制性规划管理中项目咨询、审批和管理问题,探讨了ES与GIS结合的可能性,提出了ZOMAN的系统原型,介绍了ZOMAN的系统结构,并以温州市为例,说明了它的应用。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of project consultancy,checking and management in the field of zoning,this paper explores the possibility of integrating GIS and ES,proposes the prototype of ZOMAN(Integration of GIS & ES for Zoning Management),presents its system architecture,and illustrates its applications.
