双频激光干涉仪用于水准标尺检测中的阿贝误差补偿

摘要: 在新的水准标尺检测规程中要求采用激光波长作为计量基准,故双频激光干涉仪已用于水准标尺检测,而检测中的阿贝误差是整个检测系统的主要误差来源之一。本文提出采用光路补偿的方法有效地克服阿贝误差的影响。实验表明该方法不仅能保证检测系统的精度,而且大大简化了机械结构设计。该补偿理论也使用于其它位移测量系统。Abstract: The new test standard for levelins rod requires using laser interferometer. The Abbe error is the main resource of errors in the test system. This paper established a new method to compensate the error. The example explain that the method not only has high precision,but also simplifies the mechnical design. The compensate theroy also can be used in other laser interferometer distance measurement system.
