The Application of Unloading Technology to Overcome Precision Guide Curved Deformation

  • 摘要: 本文分析了在模拟型航测仪器解析化改造中精密导轨因负载增大而产生弯曲变形的问题,提出采用卸载技术克服导轨变形的方法,介绍了卸载装置的原理、结构和设计计算。

     

    Abstract: The paper analyses the curved deformation of precision guide as it bears the added load in remaking a simulate aerophotogrammetric instrument to an analytic one, and gives the method using unloading technology to overcome guide curved deformation, and presents the principle, structure and design method of unloading device.
