An Investigation Into The Operation Modes for GPS Positioning

  • 摘要: 本文扼要回顾GPS定位技术发展概况后,探讨了GPS定位作业模式的新概念。为了便于理解起见,本文以WILD GPS 200测量系统为例,说明了目前测绘生产中最常用及实际可能投入使用的几种作业模式,并阐明了作业模式选择的原则和方法。毋庸置疑,改进并完善现有作业模式,研究并开发新的作业模式,以便更高效、更广泛的应用GPS定位技术,将不仅是接收机厂商也是广大用户的紧迫任务。

     

    Abstract: After a briefly review of the history of GPS positioning, this paper raises a new concept of the operation modes for GPS positioning. For a clear understanding, WILD GPS System 200 has been taken as an example to explain the most usable operation modes which are available for the time being.In this paper, author also points the principle and the way to select the most suitable mode for a specified job. None would deny such an opinon that it is an urgent task not only for manufacturers but also for users to perfect various operation modes existed and to develope new operation modes with higher efficiency and wider application for GPS positioning.
