Quick and Accurate Measurement of Grating Displacement with Microprocessor

  • 摘要: 本文根据微机的特点,提出了用快速"查表法"对莫尔条纹信号进行电子细分的原理和一套完整的方法,测量的精度主要取决于光栅信号的质量。以此为基础,详细介绍了以TP-801单板机为核心完成40细分的实时数据采集与处理系统的组成,工作原理及微机算法程序。实验结果表明:用"查表法"可以对光栅位移量进行快速而精确地测号。

     

    Abstract: This paper puts forward the quick "table-seeking" principle and a set of methods for the electronic division of the Moré-fringe signal. The measurement accuracy is mainly dependent on the quality of the grating signal. The system can perform the real-time data sampling with fourty divisions of the Moré-fringe signal. The exeprimental results show that the "table-seeking" method can measure the grating displacement quickly and accurately.
