Cartographic Representation of Sea Coasts on Topographic Maps at Large and Medium Scales

摘要: 本文着重讨论了大、中比例尺地形图上海岸如何表示的问题,在此基础上,论述了海岸的分类、各类海岸的表象、典型特征以及在制图综合时如何显示这些特点。最后,提出了海岸制图表示的一般原则。Abstract: This article first gives prominence to ways for representing coasts on opographic maps at large and medium scales. Then it deals with the classification of coasts, the cartographic representation and typical characters for each type of coasts, and how to display these characters in the process of cartographic generalization. Finally, it extends the general principles for cartographic representation of coasts.
