A New Method for Identifying Radial Pattern in Vector Road Networks

  • 摘要: 讨论了辐射模式的概念,提出了一种道路网辐射模式识别的新方法。首先根据道路网构成的多边形在尺寸上的空间自相关性,运用热点分析提取模糊辐射中心;然后基于好的延续性规则提取候选辐射边;随后进行了辐射中心降维和候选辐射边直线化;顾及辐射边的数量适中、角度近似相等和长度近似相等的特点,建立判别模型,确定辐射边。实验表明,该方法能有效提取辐射模式。

     

    Abstract: This paper presents a new method for identifying the radial pattern in vector road networks. The method first identifies the fuzzy center using hot spot analysis based on the spatial autocorrelation of the road polygon's size. Then, the roads representing the candidate rays are extracted following the law of good continuation. Next, the candidate pattern is simplified by fuzzy center collapse and linearization of the candidate rays. Finally, the simplified candidate is evaluated considering the number, the distribution and the length difference of rays. Experimental testing on Chengdu road network data showes that the proposed method is valid in extracting the radial pattern.
