Dynamic Evolvement Simulation Technology of Emergency Plan Based on GIS

  • 摘要: 采用图形标绘的方法表达应急预案中的相关要素,并为标绘的图形符号添加各种动画来模拟预案要素随时间的动态变化;采用预案态势演播工具播放预案。

     

    Abstract: The disposal of the emergent accident is a dynamic process,simulation of the process by GIS could not only make the emergency plan understandable but also help test and improve the plan.This paper presents a new dynamic simulation technique using complex symbol integrated with symbol animation.The components in emergency plan are expressed by symbol mark,furthermore,symbol animations are added to simulate dynamic components' change over the time,in addition,a player is introduced to play the plan data.
