Design and Implementation of Land & Resources Grid Management and Service System

  • 摘要: 从地学网格的基本概念出发,提出了由网络层、数据层与应用层以及安全保障和标准化体系构成的国土资源管理与服务系统总体框架。探索了国土资源网格化管理的运行模式,明确了不同角色在网格化管理中的职责。对于网格化管理中的数据更新机制、更新流程和更新方式进行了详细的探讨。最后,文章结合东莞市的实际设计并实现了国土资源网格化管理与服务系统原型。

     

    Abstract: With the basic concept of geodesy grid,the general architecture of land & resources management and service system is proposed,which is consisted of the network layer,data layer,the application layer,as well as security and standardization system.The executable mode of land & resource grid management is also explored.The duties of different roles in this grid management are clarified.Mechanism,principles and methods of data updating in grid land & resources management are discussed in detail as well.Finally,considering the actual needs of the city of Dongguan,the theories of grid land resource management and service system had been designed and implemented.
