利用非线性各向异性扩散和EM的SAR图像分割技术

A SAR Image Segmentation Method with Automatic EM and Nonlinear Anisotropic Diffusion

  • 摘要: 提出了一种SAR图像分割技术。首先利用各向异性平滑技术对原始图像进行平滑,然后利用高斯混合模型并结合强度和空间结构信息进行聚类,最后对类条件概率进行平滑以消除杂波影响。仿真结果表明,该算法具有良好的鲁棒性,自动化程度高。

     

    Abstract: SAR image segmentation is an important preprocess in ATR,which influences the recognition effect of SAR ATR system.A SAR image segmentation method with automatic EM based on anisotropic smoothing is presented.Firstly,the original SAR image is smoothed using an anisotropic diffusion.Then a Gaussian mixture model is used to combine intensity information with spatial structure information for classification.Finally the class conditional probabilities are smoothed using an anisotropic diffusion to remove the influence of speckles.Simulating result shows that the approach is robust and automated.
